Diary 1860. R.B. Gow made two extensive exploratory journeys starting from Victoria
C A.1860. In the course of his explorations he encountered Wright and other members of the Burke and Wills expedition, and recorded their version of the events of that venture. The Gow manuscript comprises various items, but of interest here is the following:
