Summary

Correspondence 1887-1909. Francis Kenna, journalist and sometime editor of The Worker newspaper Brisbane. From 1902-1909 he was Labor Member for Bowen in the Queensland Parliament, preserving a collection of letters from 20 correspondents, mostly literary people, from the period 1887-1909. Correspondents include J.F. Archibald, Louis Becke, J. Edgar Byrne, E.S. Everson, George Essex Evans, Mrs Mary Foott, 'Gibrooney', Dr J.E. Hose, Thomas Hiney, Thomas Hutchinson, W.
