Memoirs 1916-1938. Typescript memoirs of George Sharp, described as prospector, game hunter and amateur ornithologist. Covers his experiences in South Africa, New Guinea and Australia, and includes a section on north Queensland where he had a farm for three years, at Atherton. There are also references to the Cooktown tinfield, 1887. The typescripts are arranged under the following headings:
