Summary
Papers, ca.1816-1927. Thomas Illidge collected and collated details on Queensland Aborigines and also gathered artifacts and weapons, most of which were bequeathed to the Queensland Museum. The early papers are documentary records of the Illidge family tree. The bulk of the papers date from 1893 and consist of letters and notes and a cutting book, which relate mainly to Illidge's research on the Queensland Aborigines and their customs. Three envelopes.
