Autobiographical notes, typescript copies of most of Landsborough's field books, copies of Wills' map of the route from Coopers' Creek to the Gulf of Carpentaria, 1861 and newspaper extracts. Journal of Diedrich Henne, 1861-1862. Manuscript in German, with typescript copy in English, of a portion of the journal, 4 August 1861-1 April 1862. Henne was the botanist with the Burke and Wills relief expedition, led by William Landsborough. MITCHELL: C.407.
