Series 14. Thumbprint impressions of the right and left hand of aliens leaving the Commonwealth via the Port of Townsville for a temporary period, and who have been granted a Certificate Exemption from a Dictation test. Details include: name, address, book and certificate number, date of issue, nationality, description, date and place where fees paid, departure date, ship etc. Affixed to each page are 2 photographs of the alien person, full face and profile, 1915-1917.
