NESS STREET DEPOT

A collection of over 100 volumes are held in this store, dating from 1877; many items are badly water damaged. They include petty cash books, ledgers, journals, rate books, valuation registers, receipt books and wages records.

HISTORICAL COLLECTION

The Council holds an important historical collection, including diaries, manuscripts, printed works and photographs. A complete listing is not available, however the collection includes the following:

Diary of George Goode, an incontinuous record chiefly of pastoral life, 24 September 1863-ca. March 1870, 1 vol.

The Log of F.C. Mussett and T.C. Sillie, a true account of their voyage to Australia, to Sydney, 1892, 1 vol.
