Summary
St Barnabas School was founded by the Anglican Brotherhood of St Barnabas in 1952, and opened the following year with boarding faculties for primary and secondary boys. The school was closely associated with All Souls in Charters Towers, and for a time the headmaster of All Souls was also head of St Barnabas. The school curriculum places some emphasis on agricultural studies. Only limited details of school record holdings were available; some business records and school photographs date from 1952, and more comprehensive records are held from ca.1970.
