Typescript, 'Mother Mary Benigna Desmond', a biography by Sister Cheryl Camp, illus., [1975]. Mother Mary was an Irish Sister who came with four others from Brisbane in 1878 to found the Convent.
Typescript, 'History of the Sisters of Mercy in Townsville', compiled by the Sisters of Mercy, between ca.1960-1970, incomplete.
Manuscript, 'Mother Agnes Goggin', biography by Sister Mary Aquinas McElligott, incomplete. Mother Agnes was an Australian Sister who founded St Patrick's College and was Superior of the Convent for some forty years.
Printed records: The Townsville Catholic News, 1 July 1935-22 February 1976, 27 vols, and several single copies, run almost complete.
