The advice from the Baptist Union was that it does not maintain an archive collection in Brisbane. Holdings in the above office comprise generally printed material, including: A Fellowship of Service. A History of the Baptist Union of Queensland 1877-1977, by Reverend John E. White; Queensland Baptist Jubilee, Record Volume, 1855-1905, containing a history of the Baptist Church in Queensland and an account of the Jubilee meetings; The Queensland Freeman, no. 1, vol. 1, January 1881-present, originally a monthly publication, now quarterly and renamed The Queensland Baptist, it presents a statewide coverage of Baptist Church affairs in Queensland. The only records located in a regional parish during the survey were in Charters Towers, and these are listed herewith. A very significant collection of Townsville parish records has recently been donated to the Delamothe Collection, and these are held in the Delamothe Archives.
