Thursday 27th Winds at SSE a fresh breeze. In the evening found the Variation to be 3°..10' West — At Noon we were in the Longitude of 249°..52' West and Latitude 10°.47' St which is 25 Miles to the Northward of the Log - which I know not how to account for —
