PRATIC to PROPPRATICPRATIC, (pratique, Fr.) a term used in the European ports of the Mediterranean sea, implying free intercourse or communication with the natives of the country, after a limited quarantine has been performed, in consequence of a voyage to Barbary or Turkey.
