Sisarga Island (Isla Sisarga Grande) is the largest island in an archipelago known as the Islas Sisargas lying a kilometre or so off Cabo de San Hadrian on Spain's Northeast coast.

Details
The island of Sisarga Grande is a kilometre in length at its widest point and rises to a height of 107 metres. It remains an important navigational landmark and today is also an environmental reserve.
